  I had a mixed experience. Initially I needed to return an item of clothing that did not fit. I waited for 7 minutes while the person. Otherwise desk, a young lady, had a lengthy chat over choosing some food to order. When they realised I was there they finalised their deliberations and the order was documented. When she turned to me there was no apology or eye contact. I was dealt with quickly but no eye contactor smile.
  
  After that the staff were helpful, friendly and even helped me to load heavy garden products intoy car. They were lovely.... One rotten apple spoils the whole batch.....

  Not the best of supermarkets but convenient however the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Becki who always goes beyond this time and time again
